Dan Vasile, D.O.

Dan Vasile, D.O. is the founder and CEO of DV Urgent Care and Occupational Health as well as Meridian Urgent Care Medical Group, Inc., now with 5 locations. Dr. Vasile is currently Board Certified in Family Practice as well as Urgent Care Medicine. He is also a fellow of the Anti-aging, Regenerative & Functional Medicine and is board eligible by AARFM. Dr. Vasile is a strong believer in education and currently is pursuing a Master's of Science degree in nutrition and metabolic avenues. He also teaches and serves as a Preceptor to Physician Assistant students and Osteopathic Medical students. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at Western University of Health Sciences and Clinical Preceptor at Riverside Community College and Loma Linda University.

Dr. Vasile's educational background includes:

A Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology from UCLA (University of California at Los Angeles)
Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree from Western University of Health Sciences
Residency Trained at United Health Services Hospitals/Wilson Memorial Regional Medical Center, Johnson City, NY where he ultimately served as the Chief Resident
When Dr. Vasile is not attending to his patients, he enjoys spending time with his 2 children. He also enjoys boating, skiing and wake boarding.

Rajivinder Brar, D.O.

Dr. Brar is board certified in family medicine having completed his residency at Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip, NY. He is a graduate of the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale, AZ. Prior to his medical career Dr. Brar completed his PhD in Biophysics at Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. Along with his patient care duties Dr. Brar is still actively involved in basic medical research. His current project involves the purification of a novel protein which metabolizes oxidized polyunsaturated fatty acids. His other interests include playing guitar and travelling.

Edward Velazquez, PA

A graduate of The Johns Hopkins University where he was a Class Officer and Class Representative. Ed specialized in Surgery, Pediatric Emergencies, Primary Care, Industrial, and Urgent Care settings since May 1977. Ed was the Newsletter Editor for the California Academy of Physician Assistants between 1993-2005, he also held the title of Immediate Past President of CAPA in 1998, President of CAPA in 1997, Leadership Fellow of the Physician Assistant Foundation of the American Academy of Physician Assistants between 1996-97, President Elect of CAPA in 1996, Vice President of CAPA in 1995, Director at Large of CAPA between 1993-1995, Inland Empire Local Group/CME Leader between 1992-1997. Ed was in the in the United States Army between 1967-1969 where he received the Basic Training Outstanding Trainee Award, Advanced Infantry Training Commander's Trophy. He graduated The US Army Leadership Preparation Course and was based in South Korea between 1967-1968. Outside of work, Ed enjoys music, golf, flying, skiing, and fishing.

Jessica Vanderkallen M.S., PA-C

Jessica obtain her Bachelor of Science in Biology at CSUSB and went on to attend Western University of Health Sciences where she graduated as a Physician Assistant.

Kevin Foster PA, NP

A graduate of USC (University of Southern California) Keck School of Medicine. He specialized in Emergency Medicine and Urgent Care with an Orthopedic/Trauma background. Kevin has received the PA of the Year Award in Emergency Medicine. He holds both a PA License and a Nurse Practitioners License, and is proficient in ASL (American Sign Language) to better serve his expanding patient population.

Benon Mukasa, PA

Benon Mukasa, PA. graduated from Charles.R. Drew Post Graduate Medical School, Medex program and has been in practice for over 25 years. He has extensive experience in Occupational, Family and Urgent Care medicine. His other interests are hiking and camping in the great outdoors.
